Ratings you can trust
All accommodation providers have been, or are waiting to be, inspected by one of the recognised assessing bodies - Quality in Tourism (for VisitBritain) or the AA. Both have assessed accommodation to the same criteria and have awarded one to five stars. The diamond ratings that were previously awarded to Guest Accommodation are gradually being replaced by stars.
Awards that appear after ratings are given to establishments that not only achieve the overall levels of quality within their star or diamond rating, but also reach the highest levels of quality in specific areas e.g. comfort and cleanliness in bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the quality of service you will enjoy throughout your stay.
We pride ourselves on the high standard of our accommodation and we reserve the right to remove any accommodation from our site which does not hold a current inspection rating from an accredited agency.
